For help with a test

Include:

• Your test reference, if available.
• The approximate date and time.
• What you expected and what happened instead.
• The name of the check or a screenshot with sensitive details removed.

Please do not send passwords, API keys, private access tokens or confidential email content.

Privacy and deletion

Use Delete test while you still have access to request removal of the test's emails and reports. If you cannot access it, or have another privacy question, email info@siglumo.com. See our Privacy Policy for retention and deletion details.

Feedback

Tell us which findings helped, which were unclear and what would make your next test more useful.

Security concerns

If you believe a private test or service component is exposed, contact us with a brief description. Do not access other people's data or send their information as proof.
