1. About these terms

Siglumo is a product of HamCut.

These terms govern use of Siglumo, operated by Lead Sourcing & Email Marketing. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so.

2. What Siglumo provides

Siglumo is an email-testing service. It receives sample messages, records evidence available at its receiving system, requests supported checks and presents findings and comparisons.

A report is limited to the evidence available for that test. It does not confirm placement in another provider's inbox, certify a sender's reputation, guarantee future delivery or prove that a particular change caused a different result.

Automated checks may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. A risk signal is not proof of rejection or wrongdoing. Review the underlying evidence before acting, and seek appropriate technical advice for consequential changes.

3. Free access

Siglumo currently offers free testing within usage limits. Free access continues until we decide to change or pause it.

The published allowance is up to 10 tests per IP per IST clock hour, with two emails per test and a maximum email size of 1024 KB. Networks shared by multiple people share this allowance. One unfinished test per site session and global capacity and cost limits also apply. The allowance resets at the start of the next IST clock hour. Follow any additional limits shown when you use the service.

Free use does not create a right to unlimited or permanent access. We may change future availability and limits to address capacity, costs, misuse or service development. Any paid plan will require a separate, explicit purchase. Free use will not automatically become a paid subscription. Prepaid packs are optional one-time purchases. They do not change the free allowance or guarantee priority processing.

Prepaid purchases

Starter costs ₹499 for 10 tests, Growth ₹1,499 for 35 tests and Agency ₹3,999 for 100 tests. Each test accepts up to two emails. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchases require a verified Siglumo account and payment confirmation from Razorpay.

Credits have no scheduled expiry. One credit is reserved when a prepaid test is created and used when its first email is accepted. An unused reservation is released when the test expires or is deleted. Original emails and reports still expire after 24 hours. Global capacity and analysis limits apply to prepaid tests too.

For a payment error, duplicate charge or refund request, contact info@siglumo.com with your purchase reference. Do not send card details or credentials. Refund requests are reviewed individually; applicable consumer rights remain unchanged. Refunded or disputed purchases may have their remaining credits suspended during review.

4. Content you submit

Submit only content that you own or are authorised to share and process through Siglumo. Use a non-sensitive sample and remove unnecessary personal or confidential information.

You retain your rights in your content. You permit us and the service providers described in the Privacy Policy to process the information needed to provide the test, report and related service operations. This permission is limited to those purposes and does not transfer ownership of your content.

Do not send passwords, API keys, harmful attachments or material that you are not entitled to disclose.

5. Permitted use and misuse

Use Siglumo through its intended website interface for authorised email testing.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, do not:

• Embed, resell or offer Siglumo's testing service through another portal.
• Use private or undocumented endpoints to provide your own service.
• Run automated, bulk or repeated requests that evade the displayed limits.
• Create replacement sessions or identities to bypass quotas or access restrictions.
• Attempt to access another person's test or private report.
• Interfere with the service, overwhelm its resources or bypass access controls.
• Use the service for unlawful purposes or to distribute harmful content.

These restrictions are terms of use, not a promise that every misuse attempt can be technically prevented.

6. Reports, access and expiry

A test displays its expiry time. Original test emails and reports are scheduled for deletion after the test's 24-hour period, or earlier when you use Delete test, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Keep any findings you need before expiry and review them before sharing. Browser-held access information and notes may be lost when browser data is cleared. Siglumo is not a permanent email archive.

7. Availability and suspension

Individual checks or the service may be unavailable. We may restrict or suspend access to address misuse, security risks or capacity limits. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that a report will identify every possible delivery problem.

8. Your decisions and legal rights

You remain responsible for changes you make to email systems and for your use of the report. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

Updated terms will be published with an effective date. Changes affecting prepaid purchases, will be addressed in the applicable purchase terms and any notices required by law.
