Send, inspect, then retest.
Use a non-sensitive sample from the same mailbox or sending service you want to check. Put your active test address in To. Siglumo does not send the sample for you.
No email has arrived?
- Compare the address in your sent message with the active address shown in Siglumo.
- Confirm the message left your outbox. Check for a bounce or rejection from your sending service.
- Keep the same address while the test is active. Refreshing does not create another test.
- After two accepted emails, start a new test for a fresh address. An expired or deleted address no longer accepts tests.
Choose Check again to refresh the status. A missing receipt is not an authentication or spam verdict.
Received, but still processing?
Receipt and report readiness are separate. Once receipt is confirmed, do not resend just because analysis is unfinished. Completed reports appear automatically. If processing remains delayed, contact Siglumo with your test ID, not the original message or access token.
A failed service check appears as Could not check. It is not a warning about your email. Use the content retry button when offered; other unavailable checks may need a fresh test.
Make a useful comparison
- Keep the first result as your baseline.
- Record the change you made. Avoid changing the content and sending route at the same time if you want to understand the effect.
- Send the second sample to the same active test address. Both reports remain separate and survive refresh.
- Compare individual findings. A changed IP is a route observation. Missing evidence cannot demonstrate improvement.
If both slots are used, start a new test. Earlier results remain available until their own expiry. Download the full HTML or structured JSON before expiry if you need a longer-lived record. Downloads contain private report details and are outside automatic deletion.
Limits and privacy
Free capacity and usage limits apply before expensive processing. An allowance error is separate from an email delivery problem. The test screen explains when to retry. Prepaid packs are available when checkout is enabled on the pricing page. Sign in with a verified account to purchase. Viewing a pack does not charge you; payment requires an explicit checkout. Global processing limits still apply.
Test content expires after 24 hours and is scheduled for deletion. Cleanup normally completes within five minutes. Delete test closes access earlier and requests cleanup. Read the storage and processing notice.
What a passing report means
Passed means the recorded check found no issue within its scope. Could not check means evidence is unavailable. Not included means the capability was outside the test. Tentative content warnings need context and do not by themselves support a specific edit.
This test does not show whether Gmail or Outlook placed your email in the inbox or spam folder. Check a mailbox you control separately for that.
