More tests, when you need them.

How prepaid testing works

Prepaid credits let you create additional tests beyond the free allowance. Global analysis capacity still applies. Review the total shown at checkout before paying.

• One-time purchases. No subscription or automatic charges. Credits have no scheduled expiry; each test’s emails and report expire after 24 hours.
• Log in with a verified account so the pack reaches the right balance.
• Payment happens on Razorpay. Siglumo adds credits after server-verified payment confirmation.
• A prepaid credit is reserved when you choose to create a prepaid test. It is used when the first email is accepted. The second email uses the same credit.
• An unused reservation is released after the test is deleted or expires. Cleanup may take a few minutes.
• Paid tests remain subject to global service capacity and the analysis budget. A purchase does not guarantee immediate analysis or inbox placement.
